Celebrating Women In Business
Celebrating Women in Business returned for its second year as a full weekend celebration in honour of International Women's Day, taking place March 6, 7, and 8, 2026, on the Sunshine Coast. Presented by Community Futures Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce, and In Good Company, this year's theme was Growth, bringing together local entrepreneurs, makers, professionals, and community supporters to celebrate women-led businesses and their powerful impact across the region.
The weekend featured the CWIB Gala at Gibsons Public Market with keynote and Moments That Matter speaker series, the CWIB Community Crawl showcasing women-led businesses across the Coast with special promotions and experiences, HerCraft artisan market celebrating local women makers and artisans, and interactive business workshops designed to provide clarity and momentum for women business owners. It was a celebration of connection, inspiration, and community, honouring the incredible women building businesses, creating beautiful things, and shaping the future of the Sunshine Coast.
