Hormone Health at Every Age: A Panel Discussion
This evening is for everyone, because hormones don’t take a break at any stage of life.
From your first period to postpartum recovery to perimenopause, menopause and beyond, hormones shape nearly every chapter of a woman’s life. And yet, most of us were never taught how any of it actually works.
Hormone Health at Every Age is an intimate evening bringing together three local experts for an educational panel discussion on the topics women deserve to understand: menstrual cycle awareness, postpartum healing, and midlife metabolic health. Each panellist will share their expertise, followed by a facilitated panel conversation and an open Q&A. Come with your questions, your curiosity, and the knowledge that every question is a good one.

Celebrating Women In Business

Presented by Community Futures Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Chamber of Commerce, and In Good Company, this year's theme was Growth, bringing together local entrepreneurs, makers, professionals, and community supporters to celebrate women-led businesses and their powerful impact across the region.
The weekend featured the CWIB Gala at Gibsons Public Market with keynote and Moments That Matter speaker series, the CWIB Community Crawl showcasing women-led businesses across the Coast with special promotions and experiences, HerCraft artisan market celebrating local women makers and artisans, and interactive business workshops designed to provide clarity and momentum for women business owners.
